Madalyn Sklar, founder of GoGirlsMusic.com, faced major surgery back in January when doctors discovered she had an aneurysm located in her abdomen. She spent 6 days in the hospital, racking up large medical bills totaling over $70,000. Luckily she has medical insurance but could only afford it by having a large deductible. So between the large deductible and her share of the medical costs her friends across the country have helped by making donations and some have (or will) put on a benefit show on her behalf.
